Areas of Expertise
Since 1979 I have had experience in programming and using a variety of
computer systems. As Operations Technology Integrator for UniSource
Energy Services, I have extensive hands-on experience in almost every
aspect of creating and administrating spatial databases using Smallworld
and related applications. I am adept at integrating digital and
non-digital data from various sources into a unified GIS, and have
developed Magik applications for data entry, import/export, DBA, and
analysis. Past experience as an environmental GIS consultant has given
me a diverse GIS background at a variety of project levels ranging from
simple biological and archaeological surveys to complex mine reclamation
programs. I also have experience in Oracle 8i/9i database creation and
administration.
