Liberate your ArcGIS Runtime apps from Web Mercator!

This ready-to-use python toolbox generates a custom single-layer Esri basemap tile package or tile cache, using the spatial reference of the input feature class. Tiles are only downloaded that intersect features in the input feature class. Compatible with both ArcGIS Desktop and Pro [recommended for ArcGIS Pro 2.4 and higher, will not work with ArcCatalog 10.6.1].
