They do custom sausages! I asked them about black and white puddings, but right now they don't have a good source for pig organs and blood. However, I do intend to keep in touch with them. I should also ask if they can get rashers as well. For a true Irish breakfast, you absolutely must have rashers, bangers, white puddings, and black puddings.
New location: they're now located in the old Grand Canyon Cafe building. I'm not sure I ever ate there, even though it was considered a Flagstaff institution.
