The Crown Railroad Cafe

Best omelets in town: they spread the egg out nice and thin, and wrap the ingredients like an overstuffed burrito. My favorites are the spinach/mushroom/cheese, chorizo/green chili/cheese, and spinach/chorizo. Other winners are the huevos rancheros (best in town), tuna melt, posole (weekends only), and green chili stew (when they offer it).

They used to have a west side location as well, and I really miss it. This location is on the east side, which limits my visits; it's pretty obviously old and run-down, and the booths definitely need reupholstering. I've always had good service, though.
