This VBA code emulates the out-of-the-box "Annotate Selected Features" dialog for generating feature-linked annotation from selected features, with the following changes: 1) every selected feature is annotated, 2) a feature creation event is fired for each annotation, and 3) it provides a framework for further customization, e.g. populating other attributes.
