This VBA script, executed in ArcCatalog, checks the spatial index for each feature class in a selected personal geodatabase and rebuilds it if there is a discrepancy in record counts. May easily be modified to force updates for all feature classes, or only update a particular feature class (e.g. if grid size has been changed).
